Our Mission
To promote and support ILCA-Laser sailors growth by working with Organizing Authorities (OA’s) to offer regattas, training, and season’s points trophies.
The District will work with clubs and coaches to hold training opportunities for junior and adult sailors from racing clinics around the state to specialized clinics like Houston Yacht Club’s Ditch Run Downwind Performance Clinic.
District 15 volunteers run regattas, manage the website, take photos, and maintain historic trophies. The District Secretary is part of the ILCA class association regional leadership.
